Two Words One Finger

On Friday 15th of July, Jody Robinson, together with her son Quinn and a fine collective of other artists, will launch the ‘Two Words One Finger’ exhibition at The Edwards bar here in Newcastle. Visual artist and Newcastle High teacher Jody was recently diagnosed with an aggressive cancer and the exhibition was conceived as an idea to give both her and Quinn a distraction and a way to own the disease. Artworks will be auctioned with all funds raised going toward Jody’s ongoing treatment. As part of the launch my good buddy Kid Mince (AKA Luke Crew) and I will be playing records. Come down, be part of Jody’s inspirational story, enjoy the fine food beer and wine The Edwards has to offer and immerse yourself in some great art and maybe go home some.
